Thanks to all who encouraged me to keep going.  I never intended to stop exercising, just stop reporting my streak.

I consider that I am on day 1 of a new streak:  My new goal is all but 3 days until February 28.  (Something like 35/38)

:)

I went to pilates this morning and it was a great class.

I guess today I'm both.

After dropping off the boys and the carpoolees at school, I headed right to the gym for the third day in a row.  Today I did 25 minutes of cardio @ an average heart rate of 150 (which is 75% of max for my age).  Then I did an hour of really hard yoga.

Afterwards, I went to Baker's Square to grab a $5.99 pie (they're on special).  I proceeded to eat 1/5 of a strawberry rhubarb pie upon returning home and now feel rather ill.

As St. Paul would say, I know the good I ought and do not do it, and that which I ought not do, I do.  Except in this case I first did the good I ought to have done and then promptly undid it.

Now if I can just convince my body that pie at 11 a.m. is really lunch, it all might be not so bad.

*kicks self, but not too hard*

Meg

P.S. Did I mention that last week was my last personal training and I got fat checked again.  I'm down another ~2%.  Until today, of course :)
